1Definitions

2Acceptance of Terms

4Account Registration and Security

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on Free JILI at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. If Free JILI detects that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation and any associated balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your Free JILI account, and you must keep your account details current at all times. Free JILI is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including delays in payment processing or verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Free JILI login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Free JILI will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Free JILI support immediately. 5Deposits and Funding Your Account

6Withdrawals and Payout Processing

9Sports Betting Rules

Odds are subject to change before confirmation — if odds change between your selection and confirmation, Free JILI will display the updated odds and request your approval before proceeding.

9.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

Free JILI reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable period, abandoned, or where the result is determined under conditions materially different from those in place at the time of betting. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to the player's Free JILI account.

9.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play odds are updated continuously during events. Free JILI may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event — for example, to re-evaluate odds following a significant game event. Any bets placed before a suspension is applied are honoured. Free JILI is not responsible for any delay between live event developments and odds updates on the platform.

9.3 Cash Out

Cash Out is available on selected sports betting markets at Free JILI's discretion. The Cash Out value offered represents the current market value of the bet at the time of the Cash Out request and may be higher or lower than the original potential payout. Once a Cash Out is confirmed by the player it is final and cannot be reversed.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Single-event maximum winnings on Free JILI sports betting are ₱5,000,000 per day. Parlay maximum winnings are ₱10,000,000 per day. Free JILI reserves the right to apply lower maximum winning limits to individual players, sports, or market types as required by risk management considerations.

10Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Free JILI and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with Free JILI's platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, display bugs, or software glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or the use of funds sourced from third parties to meet deposit requirements for bonus activation.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an illegal nature through Free JILI.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Free JILI staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

Free JILI cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Accounts identified as being involved in fraudulent activity will be referred to the appropriate authorities where required.

11Responsible Gaming
